About

ABOUT TROUSER PROJECT

Hi, I’m Megan and I live in Brighton. I am a painter/artist/fashion designer focused on creating unique sustainable pieces. It all started in 2018 when I bought too many trousers from charity shops and I started using bleach to add designs. Over the years I have learnt many more up-cycling techniques. I screen print, lino print, cut & sew, hand paint. Giving new life to old clothes is my mission. I sell a mix of upcycled pieces and ‘made from scratch’ items where I deconstruct old clothes or source deadstock fabric to create new 1 off garments. When you buy from me instead of the high street, you’re making a conscious choice to fight fast fashion and reduce our impact on the planet!

I sell my work in the following shops:

Re-market, Manchester

Abigail’s Drapery, Lewes

Get Weird, Bristol

Common Ground Cafe, Oxford

Honey, the corn exchange in Leeds

I also travel for pop ups around the UK so follow me on instagram to keep updated!
